I love the pizza man. He is nice. He bring's me good, hot pizza in a timely manner. OK Minute Man Pizza. I love them!
A few weeks ago I ordered their new item, a pan pizza. I told the guy on the phone I was leary of trying something new because I didn't know if i would like it. They delivered and I hated it. I called them back and asked them if I could switch it out? The manager said "No problem" They brought my 'regular order' let me keep the pan, all was well.
Tonight I ordered from them. The guy on the phone said he showed I had a credit. I asked him why and he put me on hold. The manager came to the phone and said "It show's you were not happy with the last pizza you ordered." I let him know they had made it right that very same night. He said "It doesn't matter. You order from us all the time and we need to make sure you continue." "I will continue to order from you. I love your pizza and wouldn't let one bad one change that."
He insisted on bringing me a free pizza. Cool! I'll eat it. Of course I took care of the driver. He always get's it here before the time frame.
I guess this is my tribute to Minute Man Pizza. Thank You guys! You rock!
Mmmm pizza.

I am in the pizza delivery myself, I have a new twist, you order the pie, I call you when it is ready and I deliver it to my customer at my door. Not the best business plan but you have to admit, lazy. JW
Isn't that awesome when someone does that. It only makes sense because that makes for a very loyal customer.
Now I want to know how exactly it is you took care of the pizza delivery person, Manny? ;)
Thats the way we feel with Pizza Hut Pizza. But now that our daughter wont be working there for awhile(she's 7 months along)we may not order as much as before.

Pizza. Definitely one of mankinds better inventions. I like it when the little pepperonis get all curled up on the sides. Only thing better is, free pizza! WOOT!
