This is my boss. Not my new chief, this guy is my immediate boss, the one I answer to. He is the coolest boss I have ever had. Not because I get my way all the time, (I usually do) but because we work so well together. We watch each other's back's. We usually always know what the other is thinking. In our staff meetings, all we have to do is make eye contact and we know exactly which direction the other one will go.
As you can see, he is in to body building. He has won a few contest's. When in training all he eat's is protien. Sometime's if he start's getting a little growly, I'll throw food at him. He only get's growly when he's hungry. LMAO Anytime he eat's the least bit of sugar I can tell. It's like I can see it pumping thru his veins.So there you have it. This is why I go to work every day. LOL Not really, but he sure make's work a much nicer place.

Gee...I wish I could be that disaplined with my diet. Lately that's all I seem to eat is sugar! Blech...

It's takes a lot of dedication and hours of training to body build.
My training consists of leaving the third piece of pizza in the box.
I'm so proud of myself whenever I close the lid and walk away.

jillie-yea me too. Cookies, cakes, pies, and the soda. I can't ever remember drinking so much soda and not the diet crap either.
I will have to go back to work just to lose weight.
tc-Whenever I start weight training, after a couple of weeks he tell's me I'm starting to look like a lumber jack. LOL Why do I have to be a lumber jack?

I don't have anything like that at work. Well actually I do, I work with a former Mr Natural Universe (twice). He has not competed for a while but he still stays in pretty good shape. But I had in mind something other than a guy, shesh! But I do work with a buch of good people so that is all that counts.
If I have my way I will be looking much better by this time next year. I have the will power, I just need to get started and jump in with both feet. So far I have just been dipping my toe in the water to see if the water is OK.

I usecd to be into the building thig years ago but messed up my shoulders from the weights.
I got to hand it to him, it takes real dedication to work through that pain.
