I may have finally got some balance back in my life. I requested my old work schedule back. Starting Monday, the 16th. I go back to a 5 day work week. 7 to 3:45 and I'm already feeling like a weight has been lifted. Having Mondays off was great, but it wasn't worth losing Tuesdays through Fridays and that's how I started feeling.
I've been getting some major work done here at home and that makes me happy.
Hopefully I will have more time to play on blogger. I probably will not be around every day, but I should be able to make it at least once or twice a week.
Grace is finally starting to warm up to the kittens. At least now she'll play with them before hissing, biting and backing them into the corners. Oh, an I found 3 of her favorite toys on top of the fridge this past weekend. I know she put them up there.
You'd think after being gone so long I would have more to say. Thanks for sticking with me you guys. You're the best.

Yea, it looks like my going away for almost a week worked and you showed back up.
Congratulations on figuring out what is important in your life. I mean yes, we all need to work. But if that is all you do then there is surely a problem somewhere. I hope you feel a little less swamped when the schedule changes next week.

Oh no G-man, you didn't. Crabby tried to warn you. You poor, poor man.
Glad to see you again. Work can make life difficult. My hubby thought he would work this nice little 3 day work week where he worked Sat and Sun from 6am until 10 pm then work Mon the overnight shift 10 pm until 6am. But then he went trucking the rest of the week so we never saw him. Now he works the over night shift(S-S) all the time and we still never see him cause he has to sleep all day.
Anyways we will be here waiting
