Don't tell Crab I'm playing on this here computer while she is at home working her tail off preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. LOL
Squirrel is a work aholic. (I don't spell), she never misses work. Honest. 3 or 4 time's a year she get's some type of perfect attendance bonus, not to mention the fact that she has probably the highest work ethic of anyone else I know.
The day after Thanksgiving is the only day she take's off and it's to shop. Her and her boss hook up in the wee early hours and don't come home until way late. Her car is alway's jam packed with 14 hour's worth of shopping. They even have walkie talkie's so they don't lose each other.
I'm not allowed to go. I tagged along, oh I dunno, maybe 7 years ago, but I just couldn't hang, and made them take me to my car. I was back home by 11:30 a.m. Squirrel was pissed. I don't think she has ever been more angry with me. Except for the time I tricked her in to tasting some chinese hot oil. LMAO She hate's hot!
She start's telling me I'm not allowed to go in August. Whatever! I don't even want to go! I'll just go to work! You're both just plain nut's for liking to go anyway. LOL
Of course I make sure she has my list. I know she'll need it.

I'll forgive you for being from Ohio and for beating us on Saturday.Your Bucks were definitely the better team that day.

We go from Guy Fawkes Night to Christmas with very little in between. Although Hogmanay is bleedin' awesome :)

Geez, where I work we just got insults (and for good reason) ... "Look at that chump ... he worked every day this year."
Some folks are nice enough to come in when they're sick and share their colds.

Dan- Yep, she get's a $150 check 4 time a year. That last chuck of time she took off was for me after my surgery, but even then she would go in for an hour or 2 a day.
She doesn't ever get sick so she's not spreading germs or anything.
At my work, people go running for the phones when they see me coming. LOL
Gab-This year her boss 'Big Em" spent the night with her Wednesday. They were up at out by 3:30 a.m. Not me. I got off early Friday and came straight home.
Manny, we comment often on the same sites. I have bounced around your blog several times, but I was always anonony so I couldn't comment...But I can now! There was a time when last Saturdays game would have sent me into a week-long state of depression, But as time and age mellows you out, you DO realize that the Sun still does rise every morning. As a student at U/M I had two great bumper stickers WUCK FOODY and OHOWIHATE OHIOSTATE..of course you had to cover them up if you did any Ohio traveling. Unlike most Michigan people I do not hate the Bucks..I respect them greatly. I've been to the Horseshoe 12 times for the Big Event. I'm sure we will get into more rivalry bantering, if you are interested.....But for now I'll just say Happy Thanksgiving, I think you ROCK!
