Not only have I been way busy with mad amounts of work to do, but I have had an unexpected death in my family. Yes, Ms. Ellie was my family too. I loved her with my whole heart and the fun we had...Well, I'll save that for another time. Crab and Bob has been together my entire life and Ms. Ellie has been in my family longer then I've been living. Now, I'm not saying Crab is old...
Jake and I got in a fair amount of trouble while he was living here and you may be suprised to find out nothing has changed. This past Friday night while at a 3 hour visitation, (Crab, we need to talk about this 3 hour thing) Jake and I managed to start stuff...with small children. In what I will refer (for lack of a better word) the hospitality room. There it sat, in all it's glory, a full jar of hard candy. There were children there amazed by the fact that they could eat all the cookies, crackers and candy they desired and noone said a word about it. Until Jake and I hooked up that is.
He and I concockted (sp. check here) a story about when the decedants were brought in, their pockets were searched thoroughly and any candy they had was put in the jar for guests. We even went as far as telling them "Sometimes they come back for their candy" The youngest boy spit his out because he didn't want to eat rotten candy. We convinced him it wasn't rotten, but rather it was fine for consumption. That kid must have eaten 10 pieces of it that night. LOL Yeppers, I'm laughing.
When the momma found out the story we were telling her spawn, she threatened to call us in the middle of the night when the children were having bad dreams. No problem Jake and I agreed as we already had that part of the plan figured out. We would simply forward our phones back to the momma's house and she would simply be calling her own voice mail. LMAO
Am I bad or just over worked? Before you answer you should know...these children are family as well so they might as well get used to what happens when the kid and I get together.

Now my offspring was hit by a car today and as I sit here reading blogs my mind wonders back to when he was born etc. He will be all right but you know things your mind can conjer up can test your heart and head to the point you wonder if you heard right and will he actually be alright?
