Are any of you still here? I left work on 5/25 and didn't go back untill today. Yep, 10 days off. And I kept it a secret. From everyone, cept my boss, I tell him things sometimes. I am happy to say, I worked my butt off around here. I accomplished a few thing's that weren't on my list. YAY! I have most of my life back...at least I feel like I do.
Last year at this time is mostly a blurr. The Squirrel laid this here computer on me in March of 2006. It was a total suprise. April of 2006 I went online. It was fun e mailing back of forth with Crab. It was even more fun after they came out and buried the cable line that was wrapped around the outside of my house.
Most of the e mails Crab and I would send would be her telling me about blogging. Still I was sitting here looking at this box thinking ' I don't know'. Well, one night I clicked on her link that she sent me. I found the Crab! I was way excited. As I sat there reading a post of hers and figured out how to leave a comment. There it sat. Right there on the internet and everything. WOOT! I fly her an e mail to to let her know. She mails me back with...You left it on the bottom. Noone ever reads the bottom. LOL
By the end of that week, I had my own blog (Much, Much, Much thanks go to Crab and Milky). It's because of them I came home from work and there was my blog, all tweeked and stuff.
May came around and I took on a new position at work, hence, The Blurr. Between working and spending every spare second blogging. Needless to say, if all I was doing was working (always first) and blogging, some things were being neglected. 6 month's of neglect. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't living in filth or anything like that. It's more like the project's I planned on starting before I blogged.
Ok, I'm done now.

We have to have priorities in our "real" lives. It's hard sometimes to break away from blogging because we make such great friendships here.

Yes what Sign said. You have to do what it important and blogging, though fun, has to take the hit. I went through it and cut back, most everyone has. I just am happy to see you return. Hope your day at work went well too.
