I had a doctor's appt. today. I called my boss and told him...I can come in after I get out of her office and he told me not to worry about it and go ahead and take the whole day off. Seein's how it was gonna be in the 70's today, I said OK, cya tomorrow. I'm feeling somewhat better and when I got home I saw this...
Clean up. I have pine cone's everywhere. My entire back yard is peppered with them. My plan is to take the rake and get busy.. This is not the "busy" I'd like to be gettin', but I gotta. I'm out there just a raking and then I heard the argument. The children getting out of school got into a big fight. I am not posting the pics cuz they are minor's and didn't think that would be right, however. I did go out and break it up. 4 on 1 is just wrong so I got involved. "Candy to the rescue". If I get sued, I do have pics to back me up.
My back yard is covered with these things. The temp is suppose to drop by this weekend so if I'm not painting, I'll be right here playing.

Yep you need to be careful with kids in so many ways. Pine cones, I get them too but just in the back of the property so not to bad. This year I get to clean up after the people that trimed the trees around the power lines. Of course they are not even my trees. Oh well.
I'm thinking about playing lumber jack and chopping everything down this year.
As for thie kids, I'll just set up my camcorder. Just in case they decide to get really stupid. And besides, that little girl was bleeding. I just couldn't stand there and watch that shit come down. I'm still hoping her momma stops by my house. Those little punks all need their asses whipped!

That looks like a lot of work. I had a WHOLE bunch of branches I had to clean up today, many left from the ice storms.
Some were pretty big and all I had was a small handsaw..can you say Tylenol? lol

LOL! You want pine cones? I got your pine cones right here. We have a kazillion pine trees and they've all dropped their cones. Lucy tries to sneak them in on a regular basis. But I always know when her head is hanging and she has that little half smile goin on...she's got something.
Yeesh! It's been a long time since I've had to do anything like that. I remember having to rake our yard in the fall and spring and the mowing. Here...the yards are about the size of a dog house so you could even cut your yard with a scissors..hahaha!!

And in my dream, we had to fight a giant worm. We were walking outside, it was raining and people had their beds on the balconies. I kept saying, I glad my bed clothes aren't getting all wet. I don't know what I was thinking about when I went to bed.
Crab-Ladd used to eat them...maybe that's why there seems to be som many more of them this year.
